Our story

About Wildfern Sojourns

Eight years ago we traded city noise for mountain air. Since then more than a thousand guests have disconnected, reset and returned home lighter.

Teak villas and pool of the Wildfern Sojourns sanctuary

A sanctuary built for slowing down

Our retreat sits in the Mae Rim valley, forty minutes north of Chiang Mai: teak bungalows with mountain-view terraces, an open-air yoga shala, a pool fringed by palms and a kitchen garden that fills most of your plate.

Days here follow the sun, not the clock — sunrise practice, slow breakfasts, jungle trails and evenings of yin and meditation.

What we believe

Rest is productive

Disconnecting is not escaping — it is how the body repairs and the mind clears. We protect your rest fiercely: no schedules imposed, silence honoured.

Food is medicine

Our nutritionist designs every menu from the garden and local markets. Plant-based, anti-inflammatory and genuinely delicious — never punishing.

Everyone can practise

Age, stiffness and experience don't matter. Our certified teachers adapt every session, so beginners and advanced yogis grow side by side.

Eat from the garden, heal from the inside

Detox bowls, tropical fruit, herbal teas pressed each morning — Amara, our nutrition expert, builds every plate around your body and goals, including allergies.
